Soft, Natural, and Undone: This Mountain Bride Nailed the Effortless Look

This editorial, photographed at Smith Rock State Park during the Erich McVey Workshop, captures that kind of wild, windswept magic— bridal beauty in its most undone, effortless form.

The bride, styled with a soft, loose braid by Amy Clarke for the Halcyon Agency, embodied modern mountain elegance. Her look was raw yet refined, perfectly in tune with the rugged landscape around her. A sheer Scarlet gown by Rubicon floated behind her, paired with a delicate Monvieve veil sourced from Ivory & White Boutique. Natural makeup and thoughtful touches of jewelry completed the look— elevated, but not too formal.

Florals by Ashley Beyer were wild and organic, echoing the movement of the breeze and surrounding terrain. Loosely gathered with long trailing ribbon by Froufrou, the bouquet felt like it had just been picked from the landscape itself.
